I had my first scalp detox at Lava Head Spa today and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The space is clean, comfortable, and chic, and everyone was so kind and welcoming. Branding is on point and in small details throughout the spaces. Liz was amazing. She's calm, lighthearted, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable right away. You can tell she truly cares about scalp health, and the fact that she's eight months pregnant and still delivering such great service says a lot about her dedication. I left feeling completely relaxed and blissed out, and my hair and scalp feel amazing. The experience was a 10 out of 10, nothing like I’ve ever had before. I enjoyed my complimentary matcha, which was honestly delicious, and picked up a few of the recommended products that were affordable and high quality. It's definitely a boutique experience with boutique pricing, but it's fair and absolutely worth it. My only wish is that they offered flexible payment options like CareCredit or Cherry just so people like me could attempt to make it over more often. They do offer great spa packages that seemed like a bang for your buck if you can afford the monthly. I also paid an extra $40 for a neck and arm massage, which was nice, though I expected just a little more time to be spent on it. All in all, Highly recommend this place for a unique, relaxing, and refreshing experience.

I had the head spa experience with Cassidy along with the mini glass facial and it was AMAZING. From start to finish, it was so relaxing and felt like the ultimate self-care moment. Cassidy was so gentle and attentive, and she made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The head spa was beyond soothing, and the mini glass facial left my skin looking so smooth and glowy. I walked out feeling refreshed, relaxed, and literally glowing. I can’t recommend her enough!

Absolutely loved my facial with Liz! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and welcoming. Liz was so knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step, making sure I felt comfortable the entire time. My skin felt incredibly refreshed, clean, and glowing afterwards. My sister and I had our first head spa experience here, and it was absolutely amazing! Liz and Diva took such great care of us and were so attentive, helpful, and kind throughout the entire session. They explained everything, made us feel completely comfortable, and truly went above and beyond. I also want to give a special shout-out to the receptionist, who was very nice, helpful, and accommodating both before and after our service. They offered us drinks like coffee, water, and matcha, which was such a thoughtful touch and really added to the overall experience. Everything was incredibly relaxing, and we left feeling refreshed and so happy we chose this place. We will definitely be coming back and are already recommending this head spa to our friends and family. Thank you so much to the entire team—especially Liz and Diva. I received an amazing gift from my daughters for Christmas this year. It was a very unique and special spa treatment. I have never experienced this type of spa treatment before. It consisted of a scalp evaluation, different head massages, shampoo, facial and neck massage . I am sure I missed something. There so many levels to this treatment. Beyond relaxing! Head over ( no pun intended) to Lava head spa in Ridgewood NJ experience the total lava head package service !
